Shipping and Delivery

All Michail pieces are produced in limited quantities and ship directly from our Los Angeles studio.

We currently ship throughout the United States—including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands—as well as to select international destinations.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive tracking information to follow its progress. While Michail is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered, we are happy to assist in resolving any delivery issues with the shipping carrier.

Shipping Options and Timelines

We are pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping within the continental United States and Canada.

  • Standard shipping: Estimated 3–5 business days from dispatch
  • Rush shipping: Available within the U.S. upon request at an exclusive rate

For international orders, we offer discounted rates on both standard and expedited services. Final delivery times may vary by destination and carrier.

Each garment is packed with care in minimal, protective packaging that honors both the piece and the planet.

Returns and Return Shipping

Self-Return

Clients may return eligible items using their preferred shipping method.

Please note:

Return shipping costs are non-refundableThe client assumes responsibility for any loss or damage during return transit. We recommend using a trackable, insured method to ensure safe delivery

Assisted Return

For your convenience, U.S. clients may request a $15 flat-rate return label, with the fee deducted from the final refund.

International clients may request discounted return labels; please ensure all customs paperwork is completed correctly, as any import duties owed will be deducted from the refund total.

International Shipments and Customs

We are proud to ship worldwide and will do our utmost to ensure timely and efficient delivery. However:

Import duties and taxes may be assessed by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient

It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that international shipments are permitted under their country’s regulations

Michail cannot be held liable for customs-related delays, restrictions, or additional charges incurred during international transit
