Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we accept returns on eligible items postmarked within 21 days of delivery.

You can access our automated return portal by logging into your account or clicking this link here. 

Items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, unaltered

• Free of perfume, makeup, or creasing

• Returned with original tags and packaging

• If applicable, the SharkTag must remain intact

U.S. clients may request a $15 flat-rate return label, which will be deducted from your refund.

International clients may request a discounted return label. Please ensure all paperwork is completed correctly, as any duties or taxes will be deducted from your refund.

If you prefer to return via your own method, we recommend using a trackable and insured service. Michail is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Some garments include a red SharkTag for quality control. Returns will not be accepted if the tag is removed or altered.

Exclusions:

• Final sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable

• Custom or special orders are non-refundable

• Privé service pieces are not eligible for return unless damaged

• Pre-orders follow the standard return policy
