Oneero E is looser across the chest and more fitted at the hip. The fabric has a good amount of stretch that ensures a good fit and extra comfort. However, this dress is not meant to be skin-tight, especially at the waist.  If you desire a tighter look, you should choose a size down provided that is not a lot smaller than your measurements, especially at the hip.
